.**Overview**:**Provides support for the HRBP team, resolves and/or escalates employee and manager issues, and assists in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, practices and procedures often encompassing several areas of human resources including HRBPs, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, etc.****Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:- **Manages questions and issues from colleagues and leaders. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies to COEs and HRBPs (65%)**:- **Manages the severance process by creating agreements, maintaining the severance tracker, tracking LHH, and encouraging other stakeholders have needed information (LHH, Finance, Security, Benefits, ERC, HRBPs) (10%)**:- **Creates presentations/FAQs, runs Workday reports for HRBP/business requests for data, and ensures Workday transactions are approved in a timely manner.
