HR Generalist

An in-depth HR Generalist background with experience that touches on recruiting, compensation, talent management, HRIS, and employee relations

Support the efforts of the office to recruit new employees.
Assist with queries about HR policies, benefits, payroll, PTO requests, team updates, login support, and any other issues that may arise.
To provide a first-rate employee experience, work successfully with Identifies process inefficiencies and inconsistencies ahead of time and collaborates on process enhancements that improve the employee and/or manager experience.
Obtain and retain employment and compliance information.
As needed, collaborate with People Operations leadership and employment counsel.
- Disciplinary actions, such as performance plans, employee warnings, and terminations, are drafted, facilitated, and followed up on.
Outstanding problem-solving skills including in-depth root cause analysis, consistent reference to long-term plans and goals, and critical and confident action
Provide interpretation and guidance for firm policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements; maintain employee handbook.
Have 2+ years or more of human resources generalist/coordination experience, preferably in a progressive, high growth, and results-oriented environment, Experience in I.T industry a plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Employment modus operandi is 100% at the office in Guadalajara (Andares).
