Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityProvide HR support for the Building Automation business while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the building automation business.Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations when necessary, and recommending appropriate action.Drive initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.Collaborate with the HR Services Talent Operations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and report on HR performance.Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with external agencies as required.Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree in HR or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in HR related positionsExcellent communication in English and SpanishAvailable to work on 2nd shiftProject Management abilitiesProven ability to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management.Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements and best practices.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.WE VALUE Intermediate Excel levelAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentIndividuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD237022Category: Human ResourcesRelocation Tier: Not ApplicableSecurity Clearance: Aviation Authority (FAA for US): Band: 03Referral Bonus: 10000Requisition Type: Standard RequisitionUS Citizenship: FLSA Statement: FLSA CODE: Exempt
