**EMPRESA EN CRECIMIENTO****Solicita**:HR Generalist****Descripción y Requisitos**In this foundational role, you will be responsible for executing on specific HR systems and processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements.**Essential Responsibilities**:Provide direct transactional support to a client set of frontline leadersProvide project management support across key HR systems and processesSupport operating rhythm & scorecards, including input into intake process and prioritizationSupport project execution: create project plans and perform assigned tasks, including documenting requirements, assisting with testing & training, as required as well as monitor & report on progressCoordinate cross functional support with internal teams and suppliersDrive increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned areaFoster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing Best in Class" customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partnersMaintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and policy requirementsDevelop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communicationContinuously build and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changesProvide ad-hoc operational support for assigned processes**Qualifications/ Requirements**:Bachelor's Degree (or High School Diploma/ GED with 4+ years work experience)2+ years' work experience within the HR function (can include internships)Excel expert.**Desired Characteristics**:Previous experience in HR, Payroll & Benefits, or Global Mobility Services preferred; Familiarity with WorkDay a plusStrong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsivenessSelf-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team environmentApplies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentialityPassion for continuous process improvement and simplification; Familiar or certified with LEAN a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze dataDemonstrated organization skills, attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in local language and EnglishComfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metricsPuesto: Recursos Humanos**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
