**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**

The Human Resource Assistant will provide support on daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hourly recruitment and hiring process, labor relations, employee's support, cafeteria, transportation, special events, HR PIDA & Oracle System administration, training, communication, community service, internal and external audits, and ensure company policies and practices.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Ensure the correctly data entry in STPS and Protection Civil requirements
- Assist routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Support employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain HR KPIs, such as Headcount, turnover, attendance, absenteeism etc.
- Execute all employees' movements in internal HR systems such as PIDA and Oracle.
- Assist on the internal and external Audits providing the correct training and employees files evidence.
- Compiles, files, and maintains personnel records.
Records a variety of employee data (e.g., name, address, date and reason for personnel action and changes in employee status, earnings, absences).
Files employment records according to filing system used.
Documents movement of files; traces missing files.
Searches, locates, and removes material from file or furnishes information to authorized individuals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Calificaciones**:
**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field in process
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS (PIDA & Oracle)

- Ensure that operational controls applicable to your areas are carried out.
- Follow up on the questions of the staff in charge, referring to the S.A.A.
- Support compliance and monitoring of environmental policy.
- Contribute to the achievement of Environmental Goals and Goals.
- Support to maintain the S.A.A.
for the care of the Environment.
- Carry out the activities established in the Methods and Procedures of the S.A.A.
- Understand the impacts of Environmental Aspects.
- Carry out the provisions of the Operational Controls.
