**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform their activities according to standard work.- Perform any other work-related activity assigned by their immediate boss.- Participate in the development and maintenance activities of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) in all its phases.- Participate in the daily monitoring meetings that take place at different levels in the production area as part of the HOS, responding in a timely and effective manner to the resolution of problems that are under their responsibility or function.- Application of 5's in your work area.- Generation of graphical reports related to personnel administration.- Administration of Human Resources indicators- Manage the number of required site personnel according to the required number of employees.- Hiring of indirect personnel, band 2, 3 and 4 with Staffing support.- Recruitment of band 0 personnel with RPO support- Responsible for the communication process of the plant, preparation and monitoring of communication plan.- Support cafeteria service management.- Give support to the different departments.- Preparation of the MRR of the assigned business.- Perform and update procedures of the area, job descriptions and organizational charts of the company.- Participation and support in the implementation of corporate programs: HR Direct, HPD, GCP, learning Hub, people soft, etc.- Publicize all the programs that are carried out in conjunction with HRS: My employee file, kiosk, HR ask, etc.- Review and approve requisitions in HR Direct-Taleo and/or fieldglass as appropriate.- Review and approve movements in HR Direct system.- Responsible for the conversions of HGCLP personnel to plant: direct and indirect personnel if applicable.- Responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of salaries for job offers, promotions, counter offers, etc.- Coordination of activities for the Global Compensation Program and the Honeywell Performance Program (HPD).- Attention and solution to work situations with employees.- Teaching courses for staff.- Attend internal and external audits of different entities- Attention to staff resignations.- Implementation and management of operating system strategies of the company related to your area.- It is everyone's responsibility to comply with the procedures established in our Quality System to comply and continue with the ISO9001:2015 certification.- Comply with Internal Work Regulations and Safety Rules (ISO 45000)- Use and care of PPE according to your Area- Comply with the Security courses indicated for the position
