Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a HR Generalist.
**What you'll do**:
**Job summary**
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hourly recruitment and hiring process, labor relations, employee's support, cafeteria, transportation, special events, HR Tress System administration, training, communication, community service, internal and external audits, and ensure company policies and practices.
- **Job resposibilties**
- Support in Control of expenses generated from services: Transportation, Dining, Cleaning
- Generate the reports for the monthly budget of services
- Ensure compliance on time of the services like transportation, dining and cleaning with the quality and standars designed by the company to the normal and overtime schedules
- Creation and monitoring of buying requirements in SAP for the services area
- Activate and deactive proximity cards for all the employees in the company
- Updating internal systems (E-FLEX) and data bases with the personal information of our employees
- Assignment and coordinate the processes of labor contracts.
- Control of files salary and hourly: registration and termination of personnel
- HRDA / HRMS termination of employees.
- Contribute with Eaton Initiatives : MESH, I&D, OpA
- Support the facility's special events program.
- Coordinate Monthly Plant Wide Meeting (meeting, presentation, assistance control) #LI-DG2
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources of a company of +500 members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- GR, BOC, Ethical, Transparent, Passionate, Accountable, Efficient
