Hr Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position will report directly to the Country HR Manager with the following responsibilities:Administer the NOV Shared Services benefit plans.Responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding.Organize training & development initiatives.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.Promote NOV policies and HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies related to performance management.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.Organize employee performance reviews.Responsible for ensuring compliance related to labor matters.Maintain employee files and records.Coordinate internal communication, satisfaction surveys, and NOM035.Desired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.Competence in various Human Resources functional areas: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.Knowledge of Federal labor law, STPS, and IMSS regulations.Demonstrates a significant level of judgment and discretion.Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.Great attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.Required Scholarship and CertificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or industrial relations.Preference for experience in corporate environments.Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
