Hr Generalist

This position will report direct to Country HR Manager with the following responsibilities:
Administer the NOV Shared Services benefit plans.Responsible of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and employee onboarding.Organize training & development initiatives.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.Promote NOV policies and HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies related performance management.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.Organize employee performance reviews.Responsible to ensure the compliance related labor matters.Maintain employee files and records.Coordinate the internal communication, satisfaction surveys and NOM035.Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.Knowledge of Federal labor law, STPS and IMSS regulations.Demonstrates an important level of judgment and discretion.Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.Great attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.Required scholarship and certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or industrial relations.Preference with experience in corporate environments.Bilingual English Spanish, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
