As a core member of the Electrification, Smart Power division in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees.
You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees.
In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with business targets and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate.
- Lead discussions and owns the relationship with local collective agreement and owns the management of the unionized employee's benefits package
- Primary person responsible for Payroll.
Responsible for compliance with the Mexican Labor Law and primary point of contact for the union delegates.
- Partner with supervisors and workers in the site to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, polices or internal rules.
- Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding as well as temporal contracts management and terminations of unionized employees
- Monitors unionized workers turnover and absenteeism data and put measures in place to support achievement of optimal levels of attrition and/or attendance across the site
- Deliver day to day HR management contact and relationship for workers, including employee welfare, counselling, grievance redressal, disciplinary processes, personnel services, internal programs
- Owner of headcount reporting as well as employee file maintenance

**Your background**:

- Minimum 3 additional years of experience as a human resources generalist
- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Labor & Industrial Relations or similar
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong experience with Union & Labor Relations
- Customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a "can do" attitude
- Communications skills in English language, both written and verbal (Bilingual English-Spanish)
