Purpose and Scope This position leads, develops, implements and evaluates training solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Support the Talent Acquisition Process to ensure that the company has the best employees in the right position.
Develop and maintain relevant to the company's obligations to its employees, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities Manage or support the recruitment lifecycle to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner and to ensure a qualified candidate for the position. Manage the training function to Timken Mexico. This includes properly maintaining/updating/tracking and distributing training records and skill matrixes ensuring compliance with company and local requirements. Propose to the internal customer the most effective training program maximizing current resources. Manage our internal Employee Technical Competencies Certification, ensuring to have the most competent associates and all training records and evidence are in place. Leading meetings and interactions between all departments to ensure the criteria for competency certification is being considered. Participate in and enhance HR Projects. Technical/Functional Skills Strong Knowledge related to Training and development methodologies Knowledge of Federal Labor Law Legal requirements for training and recruitment process Strong knowledge of talent attraction strategies Education / Experience Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Bussiness or similar career (certificated). Minimum 5 years as a HR Analyst / Human Resources Generalist in Manufacturing Industry.
