Founded in 1989, SINBON is a leading provider of integrated design and production services for electronic components.
We are currently looking for a "HR Generalist" for our new MX Site in San Luis Potosi.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.
Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, administrative, and technical positions.
- Coordinate and lead onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and manage job postings on various platforms.
**2.
Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs by collaborating with department managers.
- Develop and execute training plans, including technical, safety, and soft skills programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.

Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
- Prepare reports on labor metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
for decision-making.

** **Administrative Tasks**:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.
- Other related tasks assigned by the manager or HQ.
**Qualifications / Skills**:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, detail oriented, and synthesizing skills.
- Knowledge of gross-to-net payroll calculations, with the ability to create and run reports and perform detailed analysis (a plus)

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
