**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:Major responsibilities include:- Responsible to maintain data accuracy on HRIS.- Responsible for entering employee's information in the HR TRESS system and HCM.- Responsible for processing payroll electronic cards, pay and food coupons.- Maintain control of hourly employee files.- Responsible for all Immigration procedures for foreign employees- Manage day to day Labor relations situations.- Counsel hourly employees and provide direction to production supervisors.- Maintain current HR policies- Responsible for the Headcount, Absenteeism and Turnover Reports- Responsible for HR purchase request in Oracle Alice.- Assist Management with other projects as assigned.- Back up for timekeeping function when needed.- Support foreign visitors when necessary.**QUALIFICATIONS**:**Minimum Qualifications**:(education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations/certifications).- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration or equivalent working experience.- IMSS and IDSE high qualification.- INFONAVIT medium qualification.- Bilingual English-Spanish- At minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.- MS Office proficiency.- Human Resources Information Systems experience (Tress)- Labor Law and applicable regulations knowledge.- Customer/Employee oriented.- Responsible person well organized.- Teamwork spirit.- Sense of urgency.- Elevated level of service.- Professionalism and punctuality.**COMPETENCIES**:- Demonstrating Ethics and Integrity- Establishing Effective Teamwork- Building and Maintaining Relationships- Developing Others- Communicating Effectively- Managing Change- Analysis, Solving Problems and Making Decisions- Drive and Sense of Urgency- Achieving Outcomes and Optimizing Processes, Procedures and Practices**POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS**:Do not have relatives in the company.
