Human Resources partner for Retail Mexico responsible for aligning HR strategies to retail business. Play a key role as a critical thought partner to the management teams in Talent Planning, Learning & Development, Recruiting and engagement initiatives. The individual will also partner with Global Retail teams to leverage global programs, and best practices.Partner closely with LATAM HRBP's to implement consistent retail HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HRBP Mexico to execute retail talent planning process; support retail management on career pathing. Design and execute the talent acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding; encourage building strength through diversity and inclusion. Partner with HRBP Mexico to Create future leaders and drive a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development (e.G. coaching, counseling, career development) Partners with HRBP's to design HR solutions and HR services for delivery and collaborate with them to develop and advocate the solution. Provides partnership to the business to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Support company policies and programs that reinforce diversity in the workplace and customize global DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategy for Mexico retail. Partner with HRBP's in LATAM to better understand the current training programs and execute the local L&D strategy. Analyze retail people metrics (attrition, exit interviews, engagement, and DEI survey results etc.) to identify trends and provide solutions to management.- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources- Broad HR generalist experience- BA degree required- Highly organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Retail and wholesale channel experience preferred- Fluent In English and Spanish (Portuguese an asset)- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook- Some Travel within Mexico may be requiredLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
