We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Being part of the global Freudenberg Group, our company is a leading producer of advanced sealing technologies for automotive and general industries. Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.
**Responsibilities**:
- Offers administrative support related to various HR functions.
- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s).
- Maintains in legal compliance and updates the various HR systems and processes.
- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents.
- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems.
- Lead Training program and TNI and related legal compliance.
- Support Legal and internal Audits with STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, ISO 14001, and all related Corporate and legal Audits, etc.
- First point of contact with Union people.
- Supports OD initiatives.
- Lead HR KPIs in effective status.
- Administrates Personnel Files.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication; advanced degree preferred.
- 07 Specified Years of HR Industry-relevant professional experience.
- Workday, ADP Proficiency.
- Experience in legal compliance with STPS and Automotive Industry requirements IATF 16949.
- Relevant HR certifications.
- STPS Training Compliance and processes.
- Union Experience.
- Company Events Administrator.
- Data Analisys and problem-solving skills.
- Process Improvement generation.
- Experience in providing support and solution in compliance related matters.
- Advanced-Level English language skills.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
