.Position Summary:Provides HR support to business unit or functional area which may include recruiting, personnel documentation, compensation, and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments, all levels of line and staff management. Facilitates training programs and employee communications. Includes EHS and regulatory compliance support. May be assigned special projects as required. Provides tactical support in several areas of human resources, such as recruiting, compliance, communications, job evaluation, training, development, compensation, benefits and employee relations as well as other projects/activities as assigned. Provides tactical support within approved budgets, headcount and timeline, to the assigned business/function. Supports multiple and complex corporate culture initiatives for the assigned business/function. Ensures communication, timelines, and metrics are met for assigned business/function.
