The HR generalist II needs to be a self-starter with generalist background and at least 3 years' experience.**Responsibility****HR related**- Recruit, interview and select applicant- Responsible for the new hire process; sending, receiving and maintaining new hire documents.- Assist management in determining appropriate staffing levels, recruitment resources, and objective selection techniques- Recruitment and temp agency vendor management- Support the new hire on-boarding process including orientation, entry into HRIS, and administering/tracking required training, assign background forms, initiate, and monitor new hire background checks- Manage and Maintain payroll & benefit data, report, information- HRIS maintenance and update employee roster- Serve as a link between departments and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
