**How will the HR Manager make an impact?
**Our HR Generalist will support the HR/Dreamer Support team.
You will help to expand the team as Dream Big grows; and lead the initiativeto recruit, hire, develop, and support an exceptional group of clinicians who are changing the lives of children.
Our HR Generalist will work closely with a diverse management team that operates in an environment of high trust and support.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Support the administration of compensation and benefit plans- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies- Undertake tasks around performance management- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form- Ensure compliance with labor regulations**Qualifications**- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience in healthcare or education fields- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred- SHRM certification preferred- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and Applicant Tracking Systems- Familiarity with employment law- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines- Proven ability to manage teams through effective leadership skills- Detail oriented, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills**Dream Big Celebrates Differences**We don't just dream of inclusive and equal environments- we create them.
