**Job based in Ciudad Juarez, Torreón 1 Plant, Torreon, Coahuila. E-Systems division**

As **HR Generalist Training & Recruitment**, **you will be responsible Provide coverage for operational and hourly vacancies in the plant. Ensure 100% certification of operational personnel to guarantee that operational personnel have the skills required to carry out their functions. Compliance with STPS legal requirements. Carry out DNC, annual training plan.
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:
- Ensure coverage of operational and hourly positions
- Coordinate and execute the induction and certification process for new staff
- Coordinate the certification process and update the training matrix
- organize Internal Postings and Assessment processes at all levels (Hourly and Salary)
- Monitoring of new employees
- Prepare and ensure the execution of the annual training plan
- Compliance legal requirements
- Implementation and execution of Human Resources initiatives
- Coordinate and execute the detection of training needs
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- Bachelor's degree in business or Psychology or related
- 3+ years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector
- Knowledge in training, group management, legal requirements and IATF
- English level Intermediate
