Description The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR Team in providing quality services to customers and collaborators, guaranteeing their well-being and development within the company.
(Temp position for 6 months) Role Responsibilities and Scope Support the various human resource plans, policies and procedures for all employees of the company.
Help coordinate the training of collaborators, ensuring that the collaborator have the necessary tools to perform their job.
Assist with the detection of annual training needs as well as execute theannual training plan.
Assist in doing follow up on the compliance of the collaborators development plans with feedback and career plans of the collaborators.
Keep the Workday system up-to-date to ensure that information is complete and correct.
Follow up with service providers and purchase orders on the system.
Support in social responsibility projects.
Participate and coordinate recreational activities and improvement surveys.
Requirements and qualifications Bachelor-s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Management or Engineering (preferred).
Importante empresa of at least 1 year in a similar role (preferred).
Importante empresa within a manufacturing company (preferred).
Proficiency in Importante empresa Office suite.
Advanced English level (must).
