**Responsibilities**:Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networksReview and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copiesParticipate in organizing company events and careers days**Requirements**:Experience as aStaff Assistantor similar junior HR role is a plusExperience with MS OfficeGood understanding of full-cycle recruitingBasic knowledge of labor legislationOrganizational skillsBSc in Human Resources Management or similar field**.
