About us:DEUNA, a rapidly growing SaaS startup, is revolutionizing the e-commerce landscape in LATAM by solving the most pressing challenges faced by businesses today:Customer conversion, payment acceptance, and fraud prevention with a single integration.With a recently announced $30M USD Series A funding, we operate in 5 LATAM countries and are on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our team and continue driving our success.**Responsibilities**:**Talent Development and Culture**:- Onboarding: _Provide close follow-up to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and coordinate internal oboarding experience.- Learning Platform Go-Live: _Assist with the launch of internal learning platforms, including the creation of internal onboarding presentations and content with the marketing team.- Internal Communication:_ Develop and distribute internal communications such as celebrations, announcements, and new people initiatives.- Culture Initiatives:_ Support the implementation and promotion of company culture initiatives, such as weekly activities and festivities celebration.- Meal Vouchers: _Manage administrative tasks related to our internal benefit compensation.- Social Responsibility Projects:_ Explore social responsibility actions that can be promoted in a Startup in different countries in LATAM.- Labor Letters:_ Generate and administrate the files required in a daily basis.**Talent Acquisition**:- CV Screening and Phone-Screening: _Screen resumes for medium to high-level roles and conduct initial phone screenings to collect initial data.- University Branding and Work Fairs:_ Contact universities for employer branding opportunities and participation in job fairs.- Interview Scheduling:_ Maintaining direct communication with hiring managers to assist in scheduling and rescheduling interviews.- Training for Managers:_ Assist in the preparation and creation of training materials for managers in relation to recruitment/interviews processes.**Qualifications**:- Education: _Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field, from the 5th semester onward.- Language Skills:_ Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).- Technical Skills:_ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.- Work Schedule: _Ability to commit to 25 hours of work per week, preferably in the morning.- Hybrid Work Model:_ Encompassing a structure of 3 days onsite and 2 days in a home office setting.What will you find when you join DEUNA?A multicultural team distributed throughout LATAMDynamism, agility and constant innovationBeing part of a high-impact solution for an entire regionThe best tools and technology to operateBeing part of the startup culture.
