Serve as a strategic partner to the processing plant, being responsible for recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, oversee workforce plan and understand operational needs to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment and selection for employees and Union workersEnsure onboarding process for joinersAssist with payroll and benefits administrationImplement events according to the company program and assists with special projectsSupport workforce planning and identification of talent needsFollow up main KPIs such as return, turnover, absenteeismImplement and promote organizational development initiatives to improve effectiveness and company cultureDesign and implement initiatives to improve talent retentionWhat are we looking for? 1+ years of experience working in Human ResourcesDesirable intercultural competencies from international experience or personal backgroundStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganizational skills, ability to prioritizeHighly motivated and ambitiousStrong analytical skillsStudies: Business Administration / PsychologyProficient level of MS Office ApplicationsIntermediate English: written and speakingWhat we offer you?
