Act as a local engagement consultant to provide and execute ready-made solutions to local business needs. Administrate Local training to provide the right documentation for operational and government audits, controlling the L&D T&E budget and ensuring tracking practices for rangers if applicable.Your Impact as **HR Learning Analyst** your responsibilities would consist of- Align with local business leaders the agenda to execute the mandatory curricula- Participation in meetings according to business models (MOTOR- DYNAMO) to address training needs.- Follow-up to learning curricula with an appropriate Deployment management according to deadlines and target.- Meeting legal requirements for internal and external audits.- Alignment of local vs. business unit priorities to address training needs.- Provide input in updating training materials according to the adaptation of each country and business in order to have the right solution for training audiences.- Coordinate and Ensure the Onboarding training execution of every new hire in the frontline for sales (RALE).Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor Degree in Psychologist, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or related.- Intermediate English- 2 or 3 years of experience in teaching learning courses in different modalities.- Knowledge and experiência in learning methodologies and technology.- Experiencie in event planning and event logistics.- Knowledge and experience of facilitation methodologies.- Experiência using: Excel (Advance) and Canva.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning
