The Human Resources (HR) Queue Coordinator is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Leaves and Accommodations team. The overall objective of this role is to provide queue coordination and a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.Responsibilities:Manage leaves and accommodations related matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system in compliance with standards and procedures.Provide guidance to managers on leaves and accommodations related policies and liaise with HR Generalists, Advisors, other Human Resources teams and business managers to identify issues and recommend timely solutions.Drive consistent application of process controls, ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.Ensure issues are solved with urgency and employment policies, compliance standards are interpreted and applied consistently across global taxonomies and regions.Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner.Assist employees with basic questions, benefits escalations, Leave of Absence (LOA), and liaising with ConnectOne, MetLife, ManuLife and Legal when necessary.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:0-2 years of relevant experience.Previous experience with Workday, Service Now and Microsoft Office Suite.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
