Job DescriptionEnsure timely coverage of the necessary Head Count, through compliance with the Recruitment and Personnel Selection Procedure and contact with GDL Recruitment Center: Manage and control the process of search, recruitment, interviews, medical examination, assessments and selection of personnel.All through the support of GDL Recruitment Center in case of positions SG9 onwards, and as direct responsible for Positions SG8 downwards.Generate Formal Offer Request, of the selected personnel, to the Compensation and Benefits area.Follow up the Offer process.Request and collect documentation for the file and hiring of personnel.Generate the personnel registration form for the effective entry to the plant.Manage and control the use of the ATS for Silao Colinas Plant, from the beginning to the closing of vacancies.Additional InformationIn Continental we are committed to an inclusive and non-discriminatory culture, we will never require a HIV or pregnancy test as a part of our selection process.
