**HR MANAGER**

**Role Summary**
Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures dictated by Headquarters, providing pertinent information to all staff. Ensure the correct functioning of the entire Human Resources process.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, Develop and implement the Systems of:

Organization: (Organization Manual, Policies and Procedures, Headcount Control, Human Resources Planning - Succession and Progression)
- Recruitment and Selection of Personnel: (Policies and Procedures, Formats: Employment Application, basic employee documentation), Psychometric Assessments, Medical Admission Examinations.
- Personnel Administration: Policies, Procedures and Formats for registration and control (Notices to Payrolls of Registrations, Terminations and Transfers, Individual Employment Contracts, Resignation Letters, Settlements and others.). Reports and Indicators of Rotation, Absenteeism, Accidents, Labor Lawsuits. Training man-hours, Job Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction (Work Environment). Human Resources Inventory.
- Compensation (Salaries, Salaries and Benefits Administration): Policies, Procedures and Formats (Job Description and Analysis, Salaries and Salaries Structure, Benefits Administration, Performance Evaluation, Regional Salaries, Salaries and Benefits Surveys.
- Recognitions and Suggestions: Policies, Procedures and Formats (Optimal Operations Plan, Continuous Improvement).
- Education: Policies, Procedures and Formats. (Induction Course, Development of the Behavioral Educational Process (attitude), Coordination of the Educational Process at Work (aptitude), Linkage Plans with Educational Institutions, Registration of Programs with Labor Authorities, Certificates of Skills, Coordination of the Training Commission..
- Labor Relations: Policies, Procedures and Formats. (Safety, Order and Cleanliness, Occupational Health, Work Strategy, Plant Surveillance and Protection, Internal Work Regulations, Coordinate the Hygiene and Safety Commission, Coordinate the Profit Sharing Commission, Labor Lawsuits and Lawsuits.
- Quality of Life at Work: Policies, Procedures and Formats. Personnel Services (Cafeteria, Transportation, Personal problems), Savings Bank, Work Environment Survey, Communication (Internal Magazine, Bulletins, Brochures, Visits, Coordination of meetings, Sports and Cultural Activities, Social Events and Special Celebrations).
- Payroll: Responsible for coordinating the correct payment of the payroll of each of the workers, in a timely manner and with the correct interpretation of the law.
- Safety, Hygiene and Environment: Responsible for managing that the necessary resources are provided for the areas of Safety, Hygiene and Environment, as well as the development and implementation of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management system.

Responsible for developing the staff under his/her charge and collaborating for the implementation of all Gestamp systems.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Labor Relations or similar.
