Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got? Ideally, you will have more than 6 years of experience as a HR Manager / Talent management. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
HR, Administration, or Communication Degree Fluent in English and Spanish (Essential) Experience in manufacturing recruiting administration at all levels (operational, technicians, supervisors, management) Talent management tools (9box, career paths, continuous performance) Microsoft Office Experience with SuccessFactors platform Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the organization.
