**Position Summary**
Implements the organizations HR strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of current and potential employees. In charge of the labor relations of the facility.
**Responsibilities**
- Implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees
- Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies
- Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles
- Monitors effectiveness of processes, personell administration, and complience in package of benefists and services
- Responsable for internal Health department
- Lead and deploy HR process automation
- Responsible for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes
- Could liaison with unions or works councils
- Facilitate the annual merit review cycle
- Ensure appropriate allocation of variable compensation
- Liaison with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of HR staff
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree
- At least 3 years of Experience in a similar position
