Team overview and job responsibilities

Job responsibilities- Lead
all processes associated with talent management: personnel administration, talent development, compensation, welfare, payroll, internal communication, among others.
- Performing measurement, monitoring and controlling of the effectiveness of all processes associated with talent management.
- Establish and analyze management indicators for your area and formulate strategies in accordance with best practices.
- To plan, organize, direct and evaluate the activities and actions of the HR department, in order to ensure compliance with the goals, objectives and policies of the company.
- Analyze statistics to identify the circumstances that generate problems for staff and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Keep a record of recruitment and requisitions of personnel.
Keep the records updated daily and provide a weekly report for the Administrative Management, referring to Overtime Indices, Rotation, Training and Absenteeism.
- Carry out the execution of the calculation and programming for the salary increase on the corresponding date, as well as maintain constant monitoring in this area.
- Comply with all federal, state and municipal regulations related to the payment of our workforce.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree: Professional in Psychology, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Desirable: Specialization in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in the area.
- Language: Advanced English (required)
- Knowledge labor knowledge, talent development, compensation and well-being, climate and culture, organizational design, organizational communication and management and human capital indicators, Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, regulations, Payroll, Training, etc.
