This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily HR-related activities at all Mexico sites. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, administering employee benefits and maintaining employee relations. The HR Manager will support performance management and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
