Your primary goal would be to ensure that Allegro is staffed with highly trained and motivated employees who can deliver exceptional customer service and meet the performance metrics set by the company.Your role would involve overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that new hires are properly on boarded and trained to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you would be responsible for overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
