Lead HR strategies. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.**Key Responsibilities**- Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations working across the HR COEs and the One Country HR team.- Partner with ISC operations to drive site KPI 's. This includes performance management, training and development, and career development across ISC functions.- Work on issues that require analysis and an in-depth knowledge of the business and market place to drive business outcomes with HR solutions.- Deliver talent management processes, including MRR, organizational assessments, learning strategies and leadership development. Develop a strong and diverse succession planning and Talent Pipeline.- Drive improvement across the HR function.- Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.- Partner with Labor and Employee Relations COE to drive positive employee relations across our sites.- Partner with Compensation & Benefits to execute competitive benefits and rewards programs.
