Direct reports include Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Community & Communications.100M business, ~1400 headcount, 2 sites.Main activitiesPersonnel administration: Assure compliance with the necessary requirements in human resources, legal compliance, organizational needs and employee issues.Maintains strong labor relations. Controls and monitors labor agreements, if applicable.Talent Acquisition: Provide the correct number of employees, based on the needs of the organization, at the right place and with the potential; within the time required under process capability.Responsible for the administration of wages, salaries and benefits: Ensure legal compliance, market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business performance.Talent Management: Identify, retain and develop individual and collective talent.Organizational structure and workforce plan: Coordinate the organizational plan to changes in short-, medium- and long-term according to business needs; provide organizational support for the optimization of resources (growth and / or reduction of staff).Recommends training needs and maintains the staff at the highest level of skills and knowledge to meet the needs and objectives of the company.Manages the performance appraisal system.Responsible to meet EHS requirements and procedures.Human Resources Control: Maintain HR practices, costs and risks under control.Manages the implementation of Social Responsibility standards (SA 8000).Accountability including KPIsGuarantee a cost effective organization.
