Hr Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.General ResponsibilitiesProvides advice on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and proceduresProvides advice to departmental managers to assess employment needs, and participate in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire and train qualified candidatesDevelops department goals, objectives and systemsIdentify and be involved in the creation and implementation of updated processes, and make any recommendations to the company based on findingsKeeps abreast with employment, state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR managementExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E.
