**About the Role**
Developing the Harman skills in employees. Responsible for three business units Loudspeakers and Electronics, plus Customer Service area located in two buildings at Tijuana Mex.

**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for compliance with safety regulations
- Acts as a Strategic partner in the implementation of the Organizational Culture designing policies and procedures.
- Manages the Compensation Programs. Job descriptions, Salary Surveys, Salary Structure, Performance Appraisals, Incentive Programs & Benefits.
- Administers services provided to associates. Transportation, cafeteria, medical services, insurance policies, FONACOT (credit union), INVFONAVIT (housing fund), IMSS (social security), lockers & uniforms.
- Recruiting, selection and hiring process.
- Administers Motivational, Social, Cultural, Recreational and Sports programs.
- Implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Responsible of Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
- Administers Training and Development.
- Responsible for monitoring, and compliance of STPS, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, ISO 45001, ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and of environmental laws and regulations of Mexico.
- Represents the Company before Private, Official and Educational Organizations to promote the Company's interests, establishing relationships as well as gathering relevant information.
- Develops Labor Management Processes and Procedures (IWR).
- Human Resources Information Systems.
- HR Budget Administration
- Develops and analyzes the performance of the HR function by means of several indicators such as: turnover, absenteeism, employee surveys, etc.
- Develop and sustain an adequately resourced and effective function with strong technical and leadership capabilities.
- Enable individuals to develop their careers and maintain strong succession plans.
- Other activities as required by the HR Director.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
- Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
**What You Need**

- Proffesional Degree.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
- Knowledge of Government obligations regarding industrial safety, health and environmental laws and regulations.
- Internal Auditor in ISO 14001/ IATF 16949
- English 90%, advance level (reading and writing that allows fluid presentations)
- Customer specific requirements (applicable)
