As the HR Manager, your role is critical in shaping the success of our organization. You will lead the human resources functions within our manufacturing plant, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a bilingual (Spanish and English) workforce while ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for new hires, ensuring the plant has a skilled and motivated bilingual workforce.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and employment agencies to support talent sourcing.
- Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and ensure a harmonious and productive workplace.
- Implement and manage bilingual employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes, training, and development programs to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess workforce performance.
- Stay current with labor laws and regulations in (Country) and ensure the company complies with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role within a manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in (Country).
