**Responsibilities**:
- Familiarity with recruitment channels in Latin America and Mexico, capable of independently conducting recruitment activities with the ability to recruit middle to senior management and frontline staff.
- Planning of human resources operations for the overseas company, establishment, and execution of personnel procedures or regulations, including recruitment, training, attendance, and labor discipline.
- Administrative tasks, including receiving domestically deployed personnel, arranging accommodations, and procuring office supplies and everyday essentials.
- Translation tasks, involving the translation of relevant domestic regulations and notices, as well as other required documents.
- Also overseeing finance, PMC, warehouse management, customs clearance, and related tasks.
**Job Requirements**:
- Holding legal Mexican status or accepting overseas assignments;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, Chinese is a plus
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, familiarity with the Mexican local talent market, and experience in HR within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear and detailed problem-solving approach.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, organizational skills, a high degree of teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
