Hr Manager

Delivers HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of specific work location.
Collaborates with location manager to ensure the location's talent and HR needs are met.
Identifies and evaluates measures and metrics to assess impact of HR programs on business outcomes and develops solutions to resolve issues.
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8 Years suggested minimum experience.

*Responsible for developing plans and programs for the continuous improvement of the work environment in the company.
*Appropriate administration of compensation according to company policies.
*Responsible for providing the right staff according to the company's requirements.
*Establish communication systems at all levels within the company.
*Supervision of plans and programs that allow the development of personnel.
*Supervision of plans and programs that ensure the well-being of our employees.
*Comply with the quality standard, Adient's Internal Policies (Ethics, Sexual Harassment and Values) and the business operational system.Ability to commute/relocate:- Monclova, Coah.
