Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE:Ensure the implementation of Corporate HR policy, procedures and initiative at local level, being the partner of local managers to ensure effective and compliant employee relations. Lead industrial relations. Represent a local point of reference for general services.ResponsibilitiesManaging issues and needs related to plant personnel, being a point of reference both for team managers and individual contributors.Managing relations with local institutional bodies of competence.Defining and analyzing the personnel cost budget in collaboration with finance.Drawing up weekly and monthly reports relating to personnel, for Company Management and Production Management.Organizing and implementing staff training activities on the basis of the needs indicated by company areas and/or Management, in compliance with Corporate training guidelines.Gathering new recruitment needs.Responsible for the correct implementation of the General Services (canteen, reception, etc.) of the Plant in accordance with the Corporate guidelines.Managing the administration of employees (recording attendance, sending data for payroll processing, archiving, drafting letters of recruitment, extensions and related changes, etc.).Contribute to the salary review and support the requests of managers.QualificationsPROFILE:Professional experience in the role or similar: > 6 years.Management experience: HR Department in multinational context in similar industries, with similar dimensions.Languages: English/Spanish are mandatory.Highest Education Level: Industrial relations, economics, industrial psychology, industrial engineering master's degree desirable.COMPETENCES & SKILLS:HR Relationship Management.Organization & Process Design & Implementation.Change Management.Internal Communication Management.Contract Management.Litigation Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
