**About the Role**
About the Role
The Human Resource Manager will have the primary responsibility to ensure employee and management decisions are aligned with the greater goals of the organization. This individual will be serving as consultant to management onsite on all HR related issues. They will also manage and implement policies set by our parent company Coesia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Aligns recruitment with Company needs, Coesia policies, and budget, while promoting inter-company mobility and compliance with Group policies.
- Analyzes and addresses training needs; coordinates professional and managerial courses with Coesia Training & Recruitment.
- Supports talent identification and development according to Coesia Talent Management principles.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and corporate guidelines for employment contracts and industrial relations.
- Implements Coesia Compensation & Benefit policies, overseeing salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Collaborates with Top Management on organizational structures for efficient business processes.
- Prepares and monitors the personnel budget, executing corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitates internal communication and safety initiatives, and engages employees through Group programs.
- Manages payroll for plant employees and advises Management on HR issues and Coesia processes.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or Industrial Relations
- 6+ years of related experience
- Experience working for a global organization preferred
- Ability to manage conflict through effective communication and listening
- Tools: SAP, ADP, SuccessFactors
- Payroll experience
