.Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division is currently seeking a HR Manager.What you'll do:As a plant HR Manager you will provide guidance, assistance and support in developing and maintaining a cohesive and productive workforce for the Eaton Filtration operation in Reynosa. In this role you will support operations by implementing and administering the full scope of human resources responsibilities that contribute to organizational excellence and promote positive employee relations. These activities involve a wide range of functional areas including employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and recruitment as well as critical HR projects.In this role you will be expected to:Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor for production facility and other local division resources.Develop strong relationships with associates and Union leadership by spending time on the manufacturing floor, working with managers and supervisors, and developing a strong communications strategy.Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees. Effectively deploy communication plans and utilize assessment tools (e.G. the employee survey) to determine organizational issues and action plans.Set direction, priorities, and culture expectations while utilizing performance metrics, continuous improvement principles, and change management plans for maximum employee ownership and engagement. Reinforce an open culture through focus on Inclusion & Diversity, transparency, ethics, and employee engagement.Participate in driving the Eaton Business System (EBS), including the HR Operating Review, Operational Assessment, Lean and other core organizational initiatives to ensure standardized, high-quality processes throughout the operation.Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management and employee development.Lead recruitment and staffing processes to ensure the hiring of highly skilled and talented individuals, supporting plant operations and sales through headcount and succession planning.Drive local efforts to ensure a strong future talent pipeline. Mentor leaders of people and employees, providing guidance, coaching and feedback.Identify the learning, training, and development needs of the organization and support effective delivery and evaluation of training.Implement local compensation systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Collaborate with Corporate Compensation to ensure local compensation needs are met. Administer global compensation programs and processes for the site.Drive HR digitalization and standardization across the EMEA organization, assess and deploy tools and metrics to diagnose organizational or performance issues and work with leaders to drive change and transformation
