**Responsibilities**:
1.
Combining business objectives and human resources strategic planning, sort out the company's training and salary performance development ideas, formulate/revise base training and salary performance strategic planning;
2.
Formulation and system construction of factory recruitment system, review recruitment budget, formulate recruitment plan, and complete annual recruitment target;
3.
Establish a salary system and instruction,to complete the budget and control of annual salary and welfare expenses;
4.
Responsible for the design and optimization of the performance system, the improvement, promotion and implementation of the internal performance appraisal system;
5.
Responsible for the plan of the training system, formulate the annual training plan and budget, implement the annual training work, and ensure the development of talents;
6.
Responsible for the implementation of corporate culture work, shaping, disseminating, maintaining and developing corporate culture, maintaining and creating a benign employee relationship;
7.
Responsible for promoting the existing organizational construction, external insight, organizational reform, and efficiency improvement under the guidance of the company's system;
8.
Responsible for other matters of the 6 modules of human resources.
**Requirements**:

- English Advanced.
- Titledof the human resources career or at the end.
- More than 6 years of working experience in human resources in manufacturing industry, and more than 3 years of working experience in human resources management.
- Automotive company work experience preferred.
