Qualifications & experience3 to 5 years proven experience in HR roles, preferably in management positions.BilingualBachelor degree completedStrong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Analytical mindset orientated to customer serviceAble to handle big company sizing (1000-3000 employees).Experience in Office 365 and Power BI.Tasks & responsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for employees to resolve HR-related issues and inquiries.Help foster a positive workplace environment by managing conflict resolution, conducting employee surveys, and improving workplace culture.Help in the execution of the performance review process, including monitoring performance metrics, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.Support performance improvement plans when necessary.Ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.Design, update and implement policies as required and maintain employee handbooks.Work on employee engagement programs, including recognition events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.Monitor employee morale and propose activities or programs to improve it.#J-18808-Ljbffr
