Hr Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.General ResponsibilitiesProvides advice on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures.Provides advice to departmental managers to assess employment needs, and participate in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire and train qualified candidates.Develops department goals, objectives and systems.Identify and be involved in the creation and implementation of updated processes, and make any recommendations to the company based on findings.Keeps abreast with employment, state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR management.Experience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
