We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR manager with extensive experience working in manufacturing/production environment to join our team in Salinas Victoria.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for overall integration of human resources management of Mexican companies, establishment and improvement of human resources management system and human resources management system;
2. Responsible for organizing and formulating the annual personnel recruitment configuration plan, and strictly urge the executive personnel recruitment management;
3. Responsible for organizing and developing annual personnel training and development plans, establishing and improving personnel promotion channels.
4. Responsible for organizing and developing competitive personnel salary benefits and performance policies, and supervising the cost control of salary benefits and expenses;
5. Responsible for formulating and perfecting the employee relationship management system of Mexican companies, maintaining employee relations and creating a good harmonious working environment.
**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in an HR manager role, within a manufacturing plant.
- Currently handling a company size of at least 1000 employees.
- Extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Good consistency within career track record.
- Fluent and clear spoken English.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
