We are hiring for an experienced HR Manager in our Naucalpan, Mexico location!
**Position Objectives**:
- Responsible for providing and ensuring policies and strategies that help align Human Capital in the achievement and scope of the Organizational mission, as well as the Strategic Imperatives, through the systems and tools that allow it to maintain adequate controls in:
A.) The social and salary costs of internal processes.
B.) Projects related to improving the work environment.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing and evaluating the various schemes that allow reorienting and strengthening:
A.) Internal and Organizational Processes for Recruitment, Selection, Evaluation, Training, Development, Compensation and Benefits
B.) Labor Relations
C.) Administration of Human Capital
D.) The increase in productivity, all through internal development programs that allow providing functional, comprehensive and sustainable support for the growth of Human Capital, thus achieving individual and organizational objectives and strategic imperatives_._
**Responsibilities**:
- Disseminate organizational culture plans and programs focused on the design of policies and strategies for integration, motivation, development and retention of human capital, thus obtaining the commitment for an optimal dissemination of our mission, vision and organizational values.
- Maintain and design strategies in the processes of Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Hiring, Training and Organizational Development, thus ensuring the timely fulfillment of each phase for the optimal integration and development of Human Capital in the Organization.
- Certify that full compliance is given in a timely manner with the provisions of the laws and provisions for workers such as: (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, LFT.) as well as an optimal update of the administration of salaries and compensations.
- Ensure appropriate Performance Evaluation tools are applied.
- Monitor and maintain optimal control of costs and expenses of the area, as well as other interdepartmental control expenses.
- Guarantee optimal administration of the Collective Contract, as well as maintaining a cordial and friendly relationship with the union.
- Contribute to compliance with the current regulatory framework to obtain the Registry of Providers of Specialized Services or Specialized Works (REPSE).
- Monitor and communicate relevant regulatory changes that generate impact for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable internal processes for hiring personnel or modifying working conditions based on current corporate policies.
**Scope of the Position**:
- Position with responsibility at the National Level
- Keep the functions, job descriptions, operational, strategic and quality policies and procedures of the area updated, through models that support functional, comprehensive and sustainable management.
- Encourage and promote the constant interaction of all personnel with the organization.
- Have technological tools, for the optimal performance of the management, training and evaluation programs of Human Capital and thus achieve their best use.
- Implement activities that allow the comprehensive and sustainable development of the areas.
- Coordinate and safeguard relationships in the event of any work contingency.
- Have technological tools for the preparation, monitoring and implementation of projects to improve the work environment.

- Analyze and assess the needs and management of HR functions and productivity.
- Fluid communication with executive, managerial and external levels.
**Job Profile**:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years at Management levels.
- Education: Bachelor's and master's degrees (desirable).
- Desirable career or degree: Industrial Relations, Personnel Administration, and/or MBA.
**Required Languages**: English.
**Desirable Companies**:Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Metalworking, Retail and Services.
