Completed Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of professional experience in HR.
- Steady progression in HR Management for the last 5+ years.
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports, local and remote.
- Experience supporting salaried management and hourly employee client groups in warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments.
- Experience in talent management (under performance, succession plans, leadership development, organizational design, compensation).
- Experience in labor/employee relations.
- Proficient in both Spanish and English (Versant 55+).

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our People eXperience and Technology (PXT) department as a PTX Manager.
The PXT Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Pacific Operations. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving PXT functional excellence and process improvement.
Key job responsibilities
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of PXT within the company
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

- Coaching and mentoring at management level
