Job descriptionThe HR Officer supports the HR Manager in driving the people agenda for the assigned business unit(s). The role works closely with leaders to deliver key HR processes, such as advancement planning, performance management and disciplinary actions.Responsibilities:Assist the HR Manager in executing organizational transformation plans and initiatives including but not limited to reorganization, talent repurposing, advancement planning, talent reviews, career management, coaching, coordination with Operations team, etc.Collaborate with line managers to create succession plans and customize individual development plans for key talentsAssist on implementing initiatives related to improving employee engagement and employee experienceAct as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Please note: You will not be responsible for recruitment, as it will be managed by our Talent Acquisition team.
