.JOB SUMMARYProvide support and assistance to the Vice President for Human Resources and Administration and/or Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in all HR-related matters in both Manila and Pampanga. These include areas in recruitment, selection and hiring, administration of compensation and benefits, salary survey, enhancement of employee relations, initiated performance evaluation, training, budgeting, leading implementation on process improvements, human policies, practices, etc. Counsel and motivate employees and/or team to maintain high level of morale and discipline.HR & Administration ManagementReview and update current organizational structure, HR Policies, process flow of recruitment, selection and hiring, orientation, training and endorsement of new hires to assigned departments.Disseminate information and implement an employee handbook per company as guide for employees and officers.Issue internal memoranda regarding HR/Admin matters to employees.Assist employees in availing their benefits through Insurances such as Group Life Insurance and Medical Insurance, SSS and Pag-IBIG.Coordinate with other agencies in reporting and remitting individual and company contributions, loans and other remittances.Administer Procurement and Inventory of office supplies and equipment.Handle the transition of the HRIS from Sprout to NOAH.Review daily attendance of employees.Manage 201 files of all employees (Probationary and Regular) Except Manager and Executives.Maintain necessary HR records and reports.Recruitment, Selection and HiringManage all stages of hiring process, including job openings, reviewing and screening applications, shortlisting of applicants, administration of exams, coordinating with other schools, conducting interviews, background checks, and on-boarding of employees.Confer with the Department Heads/Managers for the timely preparation of Manpower Requisition.Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicants qualifications to Department Heads/Managers.Assist in performing background checks for potential employees.Conduct regular follow-up with Department Heads/Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Develop a pool of qualified applicants.Compensation & BenefitsAssist the Vice President-Human Resources Administration and Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in evaluating and benchmarking the organization's pay structure and compilation of Salary Survey Data.Ensure compliance and effectively administer all government mandated benefits for employees and company initiated benefits as well.Administer the company's organization's benefits program (e.G. Leaves, HMO, Insurances, etc).Manage enrollment process, renewal and distribution (e.G. HMO, Uniform, etc).Employee EngagementDesign and implement internal campaigns (e.G. Birthday Fun Day, Sports Festival, etc)
